Case study
When Tower Travel’s partners reached out to Bigsur, they had a clear challenge: elevate their company to the next level. To achieve this, we proposed a full restructure of their brand identity. This would carry the company into the future while embodying the founders’ vision. We carefully designed a phased strategy spanning two years. This allowed for gradual changes without overwhelming their loyal customers.
We started by conducting an in-depth analysis of the brand. We explored its strengths and weaknesses to understand how it was perceived in the market. Following this, we developed a new brand identity. The goal was to communicate modernity, reliability, and professionalism while preserving what made Tower Travel trusted for years. Additionally, the new branding needed to work across both digital and physical platforms, ensuring consistent communication throughout.
Results
The rebranding process unfolded in several stages. First, we collaborated with Tower Travel’s team to update their mission, vision, and values to align them with their business goals. Then, we focused on creating a new logo. The design reflected innovation while maintaining tradition. The new logo is both modern and adaptable. It works across various media formats, from web to print. Along with the logo, we created a detailed brand book that outlines the visual identity—covering colors, typography, and usage rules.
We also led the communication rollout for the rebrand. This ensured consistent messaging across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, and marketing materials. The brand relaunch event was a huge success. It generated significant attention and repositioned Tower Travel as a forward-thinking leader in the tourism industry while maintaining its dedication to customer trust and service quality.

Finally, the rebranding of Tower Travel represented one of our most significant and beautiful challenges as an agency.
