N53 entrusted us with projecting and designing the first artisan hardware store in the world, which meant the development of a product strategy and corporate identity.
Case study
First, the client presented a bold idea: an artisan fernet bar that was unique in the market. Our job was to give shape to this vision and ensure that the branding and product strategy included elements from Nero53 Fernet Premium. We also had to create a personality for the bar that was distinct and elegant. In addition to the core brand elements, the space had to be thematic, focusing on service and innovation. The brand image, menu, and drinks needed to reflect a high-end boutique distillery.
We developed a product strategy that captured the handmade feel of the bar while giving it an upscale, modern twist. The brand identity needed to stand out in a competitive market, so we focused on both traditional aesthetics and contemporary design. This strategy allowed N53 Fernet Bar to stand out in the industry. Every detail, from the drinks to the decor, aligned with the overall brand vision.
Results
The result was a highly curated experience, making customers feel like they were stepping into a vintage yet modern distillery. The product strategy focused on positioning N53 Fernet Bar as a unique, premium brand. The architecture and decor combined elements of traditional distilleries with modern touches. This mix of old and new was essential to the brand identity.
We designed the menu and drinks to match the atmosphere, creating a complete experience for patrons. The branding extended beyond the bar itself, from the logo to the uniforms. This ensured a consistent, high-quality image that resonated with customers. The project also laid the groundwork for potential franchise opportunities, showing the brand’s growth potential.
Experience
Finally, N53 Fernet Bar was a project that required more than a year of work. Therefore, it was a project that in itself was very challenging and required the collaboration of all areas of the agency, from the original idea, concept, branding, decoration, and stationery to the selection of the personnel, the uniforms, and the assembly of the menu and drinks list. Something we can be proud of, and that is why we show it in our portfolio.
