Patricia Acosta asked us for her cake decorating academy’s brand identity and design.
First, the client commissioned us with her cake shop’s identity and brand design to make it more current and relevant. That meant seeking to decontract the personality of both the brand and the client. Next, they had to work on communication on social networks to give a more professional brand image and make a series of videos to promote it. Finally, she asked us to make a strategic plan to scale her business into a design and decoration academy chain.
As a result, we came up with the naming: Madeleine Workshop, which became our client’s new alter ego. Madeleine evokes the cupcakes that our client prepared in her first years as a pastry student. We also work on a color palette that identifies and defines it. At the same time, we create a logo that completes the brand identity of the workshop. Finally, we significantly impacted social networks and exhausted the quotas for all its courses. Thus, we have to open new ones to cover the demand.
Lastly, this experience helped us expand our audiovisual creativity through a series of videos to start a YouTube channel. Likewise, he reaffirmed that a good branding job brings good results for the business and the entire community. Thus, pedagogical initiatives for low-income people arose from this project—also donations of cakes, muffins, and many other delicious things. For us, this project was incredible since not only did we find ourselves with a beautiful challenge, but we also found an excellent person and friend in Patricia.
